Joss, have you tried any breathing excersises to improve your lung capacity? Also, FYI, I take 4,000 mgs vitamin C, 5,000 iu vitamin D and 30 mgs zinc and I'm a very healthy 64 year old. I heartily agree re herd immunity.. it's our only hope. I expect we'll get there by spring, without a vaccine!!

Krill oil would be a great idea for you and also avoiding all sugar and carbs as these disengage the immune system. Keep well!

There is no second wave, it's still the first. This is not the Spanish flu. Covid stats went down only due to lockdown measures not by naturally diminishing as the Spanish flu did. That second wave was by far deadlier btw, and we're not seeing an upswing in deaths as did occur during 1919, the true second wave.

As a grandparent of a vaccine injured boy, I'm an ex-vaxxer. The best part? Once that happens you're on your own for the extensive treatment costs and all of them in the medical mafia keep their mouths shut as to how often this happens. People are concerned about the safety testing of Warp Speed vaccines? About the MS case and the transverse myalitis in the Oxford AstraZenica trial? Well guess what, that's common (and worse) and that's why they dismissed it so quickly as "unknown causes". No vaccine on the market today has been tested longer than 6 weeks. Some only 4-5 days. Most people don't know that the Gardasil trials in India killed 9 girls.

I don't see any danger.. these young people will help bring about herd immunity and given that no coronavirus vaccine has ever been safe and effective, that's what we need. For months now most new cases in all countries are in the under 40 demographic. Deaths are holding steady.

You don't even need HCQ or even ivermectin (which is more effective) except for those over 80 or with comorbidities. All you need is 4,000 mgs vitamin C, 5,000 iu vitamin D and 30 mgs zinc.

@shozi1799 Sadly true. Hopefully they can obtain an N95 mask but more importantly take high dose C and D3 and zinc. I take 4,000 mgs vitamin C, 5,000iu of D3, and 30 mgs zinc. That's the basics. I also take K2, copper, iodine, krill oil, magnesium and NAC.

@christergudmundsson7465 I have a feeling travellers will not be required to prove vaccination as there are far too many people not up to date. Most people don't realize that those over the age of 25 no longer have immunity to common illnesses because they haven't had boosters in years. I've only had 3 vaccines as I'm 64 and had most of the childhood illnesses as there were no vaccines for them then. If countries begin to impose such requirements their tourism industry will fail and they know it. It's one thing for schools to mandate vaccination, however, try doing that to adults. They will not comply. Already in the US covid vaccine uptake is expected to be under 30%

@christergudmundsson7465 Your wife is correct. I also agree the less medication the better yet some are necessary. I was 24 when I had my first antibiotic and had I known then what I know now, I would have been able to avoid it. I would have given fewer vaccines to my children also but these days there are far more on the schedule. My daughter-in-law is a strong believer in vaccination and plans to give the flu shot to our 22 month old grandson this week. Usually I say nothing about their decisions but I disagree with the flu vaccine. Both my son and daughter-in-law are working from home and the boy is with them now instead of daycare so he doesn't need it at all. Australia had 90% less flu due to lockdown.

The best news is that the ivermectin protocol got cleared for clinical trial by the FDA.. AND Dr Herrera's rapid response, cheap and accurate strip test did as well, so these two together make a vaccine (and the huge expenditure) totally unnecessary. Anyone could monitor themselves by testing a number of times each week and if positive, stay home and start on ivermectin. Problem solved with way lower hospitalizations and much lower deaths. These should be ready to roll out by end of November.

Agreed. If everyone would take vitamin D3 (5,000 iu for over 60) and vitamin C (4,000 mgs) and 30 mgs zinc plus wear masks while out, this would be over. I wouldn't even expect the under 25s to wear a mask, they're helping achieve herd immunity.

Why would you risk the path to herd immunity? The new cases are 70% under 40. That's how it should be. The rest of us can wear masks and continue to social distance. Schools and businesses continue to operate. Problem solved.. except for Pharma's vaccine profits 😉💰💰
