  1. That is very true! My husband and I didn't travel because we didn't want to be stuck in another country should things get worse or we catch covid and need to be hospitalized. Then the vaccine mandates for travel came and we were grounded further for a total of 3 years here in Canada. Couldn't get on a plane even within the country or travel by car to the US without the jabs.

  2. I took those supplements too and more. Never had COVID and I'm 67. I've monitored my serum D levels for over 17 years and I make sure to be in the optimal range. I get a minor cold once every 2-3 years and I take vitamin C at the first sign of anything so I end up with maybe 2 days of light symptoms and no plugged sinuses. I've never had a flu shot either and of course I've never had flu!

  3. And I'm not on any drugs. My cholesterol is good, BP is normal and same for blood sugar. Memory is sharp too.
