  1. ​ @raff23able  You may be interested in the supplement nattokinase and it's effect on atherosclerosis. I take that daily and my morning smoothie contains fresh ginger, a clove of garlic, turmeric a half a lemon, a small red apple, a pinch of fresh pepper and a tsp of olive oil.
