  1. The older you are the more D3 you need as our bodies become less efficient at converting it. I'm 64 and I take 5,000 iu to stay in the optimal range.

  10. My husband and I are not having any of our 3 children or 4 grandchildren. We're seeing no one for Christmas. Our youngest, a teacher, implored us not to. She has 3 classes in her school in quarantine due to covid cases.

  12. Add Ivermectin to the picture for those who test positive and for those in care homes and on the front lines for prophylaxis and covid is history. No money for Pharma and polititians though and that's why you won't see it.

I've had extensive and necessary dental work done this autumn and had 4 appointments, 2 of which were 3 hours long. Plus a root canal at an endodontist office. My dentist had several high end air purifiers operating, including one the size of a large refrigerator. These purify the air to surgical grade, 99.9% Hand sanitizer everywhere. Windows open often. Plexiglass to protect admin staff, everyone in masks including patients until their work started. Have heard of zero cases of covid from there. This is a holistic dentist and they have several supplements for sale and excellent rinses etc. Staff is given complimentary supplements. I'm scheduled for a cleaning in January which had been postponed from August due to the hygienists still not in then but they are now. I'm not concerned. Yes, I do take every precaution while out and we aren't even seeing any family for Christmas either, including grandchildren.
