@mjwilliamsb2676 The same happened in New York. Their governor is being vilified for it, the sending of sick elderly from hospital to care homes where there was inadequate infection control early on.

It's a horrible"sport" but there's worse. It's called boxing.

Hind sight is 20/20

@jyvben1520 That doesn't explain Switzerland. They've been treating patients with THE CORRECT amount of HCQ early on, following the full protocol of added azithromycin and zinc and given early, NOT DAYS BEFORE DEATH.. All was going well, patients were recovering, lives were saved.. until the FALSE paper published in the Lancet. Switzerland pulled the treatment and death stats went back up. Once peer review dismissed this bogus and debunked paper, the treatment resumed. And once again death stats dropped. You need to step outside Pharma controlled msm and look outside of your country. The world does not revolve around the USA and it's election issues.

Prayer's haven't helped yet 😉

Low vitamin D is associated with many cancers. Autopsies of cancer victims show nearly 100% low levels!
3
@lookforward2life In Canada, 37% of indigenous people live on Reserve and 62% live in the general population. Of the off Reserve population, 39% were not registered as such, rather they're self identified. Hope that helps.
3
@ChristopherWentling True ;)
3
@iangoldsworthy2056 If you're over 60, that's not enough. Our skin doesn't covert sunshine into vitamin D very well.
3
@operasinger2126 I don't mumble under my breath and expect an invisible man in the sky to hear and change events occuring on Earth. If that were possible, there'd be no covid, no wars, no paedophilia etc.

My daughter is a teacher and also a trauma survivor. She suffers from anxiety. There's no way that cameras in the classroom are a good idea, it's a violation of privacy and all manner of abuse could occur. Who knows who's watching at the other end? Who controls whether the feed is recorded and circulated?

Because Covid is out of control in many States and it's too late

I would love to see a discussion of the work of Dr Thomas Borody in Florida. He's successfully using Ivermectin on hundreds of patients at all stages of Covid disease and the cure rate is astonishing.. over 98%!! There are 14 hospitals in Bangladesh also successfully using this treatment. (ivermectin doxycycline and zinc). Clinical trials take too long, this very safe treatment should be rolled out to save lives. This drug was approved by the FDA in 1975 and also is on the list of WHOs sanctioned drugs. It's being used in many countries now as it is cheap and has few, minor side effects.. If you don't talk about it, I will assume you're in Pharma's pocket too, waiting for an unnecessary vaccine to give to everyone including children who are fine with covid in 99.9999% of cases.
2
The flu shot is NOT a good idea. A friend of mine's father died from a flu vaccine. Most people with advanced covid have had a flu shot. Stay away. Take vitamin C and D and zinc.
2
@samb906 You must've missed Dr John's video on this. The probability from studies coming in point to no, you likely can't catch it again. The confusion comes from the "long haulers" who many times appear to have recovered, then various symptoms resume and can be mistaken for a new infection.
2
Take 4,000 mgs vitamin C and 5,000 mgs vitamin D3 and 30 mgs zinc daily and you'll be just fine. Wear a mask while you're around others.
2
Texas and Florida do not have large African American or Latino populations. Also, as NY and NJ wete hit early, there was less known and mistakes were made. Also, in Florida they're using ivermectin.
2
@pakde8002 That's fine if you're young but as you age a lot changes, including the efficiency of your digestion (less digestive enzymes) and therefore less absorption of nutrients as well as less conversion of sunshine into vitamin D by the skin. I have noticed very significant health gains once I started taking digestive enzymes and specific supplements. For Covid I'm taking 4,000 mgs vitamin C and 5,000 mgs of D3, 30 mgs zinc and iodine.. also K2 and magnesium (which is amazing for cardiovascular health). Did you know that a large percentage of cardiac events occur due to lack of magnesium? Our soils have been very depleted due to industrial farming. I have Quercetin at home and will take it if/when needed should I have exposure. HCQ is derived from this natural substance. There's also L-Lysine, which is effective to remove viruses and some have used it successfully against covid.
2
The world is jealous that Sweden will get to herd immunity first. They're close already.
2
There are countries with higher death per million rates. This is a pandemic and people have died, especially in care homes.
2
She should take Quercetin or L-Lysine daily and go off coffee. L-Lysine taken 3 x a day, 1,000 mgs each time usually eliminates it. All caffeine must be eliminated.
2
Apparently they won't be according to new information and recently published papers on covid immunity. Dr Campbell covered some of it in a recent video.
1
And according to some studies that Dr John hasn't mentioned, there's far more immunity in the population than is realized. Some are getting close the herd immunity and you can see that by the decreasing death stats. I don't think the sky will fall when schools reopen. Neither do I think a vaccine is needed. By the time one or more are approved and production ramps up, this will be over. BUT they're going to try to push it nonetheless, even for children, who don't get sick from covid. You heard it here first, remember what I said once a vaccine is found and how hard they'll be selling it.
1
@heikkiseppanen2989 No doubt you've realized it too!
1
@AC-qz3uj What makes you think "your facts" are the one and only true set of facts? Watch videos by Dr Mobeen Syed, MD.. you can see them on his channel Dr Been. He interviews virologists, immunologists etc, he discusses the latest science and new papers also. There's more than one scientist aware of the obvious fact that many more have developed immunity to the virus than first realized.
1
@AC-qz3uj Vaccination comes with risk, especially a new vaccine that's being rushed with many steps sidelined. It's unethical to vaccinate children against a virus they don't get sick from. The risk to benefit ratio is too high and parents will push back on that. By the time any vaccine is produced in sufficient quantity, this will be over and that's why there's a gold rush happening. We're not blind.
1
@AC-qz3uj One in 10,000 kids suffers additional complications from measles? How many suffer side effects from vaccines? It's at one in ONE THOUSAND my friend. And way more when you factor in autism. How many had autism in the 70's? One in ten thousand. How many now? One in 36. Now that's an epidemic.
1
@AC-qz3uj I didn't say kids in the 70s weren't vaccinated, I was born in 1956, I know what vaccines were around then. Not many. Not anything close to the current schedule. None were mandatory. The more vaccines added to the list, the higher the numbers of injuries. Quicksilver? You mean mercury? You think that's been eliminated? Fun fact:. It's in your flu shot 🤣
1
Case numbers are irrelevant. Only body count is a factor.
1
No. Most people are not paying attention and don't know about vitamin D. Death rates are dropping because the elderly in communities are protecting themselves, care homes have much better infection controls now and the very vulnerable already died. Most new cases are occuring in the under 40 who are ignoring safety precautions.
1
@Freed1 There are many dual citizens such as my sister and her husband and 3 married daughters. My sister and brother-in-law own 2 properties here. As Canadian citizens and passport holders ( my brother-in-law is a 7th generation Canadian), they have the right to return to Canada anytime but must follow quarentine orders. What many don't realize is the number one problem is health insurance. No providers are covering covid care given that it's a known risk.. many people don't know that, so they'd better hope they don't aquire the virus outside their country of residence. Even though my sister had plans to sell one house this summer after renovating it, they deferred these plans and an annual family visit due to covid.
1
Of course. The elderly are staying in and staying away but the under 40s are circulating and catching it. Getting closer to herd immunity given all the asymptomatic and those with minor symptoms not getting tested.
1
We've done the same in Ontario and schools will have a staggered opening come September. No one is praying however, we're not very religious ;)
1
None will be required, herd immunity will occur first

Excellent post

The young men that get persuaded and lured into boxing have no clue what the long term effects are, it's not as though they're rocket scientists. It should be illegal. Of course it's terrible for animals but I always feel more for humans. The goal in boxing is to actually knock your opponent unconscious.

@zoehannah6278 I'm not a moron, I'm an educated grandmother retired from a distinguished 30 year career. Shame on you.
1
Peter S It's not susceptibility.. it's the treatments used there that are claimed not to work but in fact they do work.
1
@jyvben1520 You'll find the retraction at thelancet.com volume 395,issue10240 p.1820, June 13 2020. And while you're searching, there's another retraction, this time at the NEJM.
1
Most vaccines aren't necessary. If I could have a re-do, I would only give my kids measles, rubella, polio and meningitis vaccines. But they need to be safe and currently they're not and there's too many side effects. I will not be taking any covid shot, that's for sure!
1
Maybe it was the first set of data and the collection thereof that was incorrect.
1
Lovely! My freezer is full of wild black raspberries from the forest. I picked them during 2 weeks in July and I put a few spoonfulls in our morning smoothies.

What do you expect him to do?

Are you a grandma at 43 ?😧

A 19 year old died in Montreal yesterday

With all the hand washing, social distancing, staying at home, mask wearing.. I don't expect to see much flu. It wasn't an issue from January to April in Canada and it's not a problem in Australia now.

We all are learning as this evolves. We'll all be experts by 2024.

Toronto has had daycare facilities open for weeks at full capacity and summer day camp programs too for under age 10. My 3 grandchildren attended the day camps, part time. Guess what? The sky did not fall... very few cases occured, maybe 2, in the entire city.
1
How could they possibly have known the rate of infection as there was no test for it? No one has a clue how many asymptomatic cases there were or even mild cases for that matter.
1
In 1932, doctors determined that measles requires 68% infected in order to achieve herd immunity.
1
And universal, mandatory vaccination.. because their controller is Pharma
1
Children are not super spreaders. Toronto has had daycare operating at full capacity for 6 weeks and summer day camp programs for the under 10 year olds. My 3 grandchildren attended part time. Guess what? The sky did not fall. Only 2 cases occured in the entire city.
1
Very insightful comment, very true.
1
@krollpeter No one can predict anything with this new virus. Herd immunity may not be the goal, it looks more like they're trying to live with the virus. The death rates have steadily gone down to quite a low level so that's encouraging But still, they will achieve herd immunity given the lack of lockdown. Most countries in the world won't have a vaccine available until later next year at the earliest, so there'll be many more that reach herd immunity in my opinion.
1
In Toronto the daycares have been open at full capacity for several weeks and the city ran summer day camp for children under 10. Three of my grandchildren attended part time and guess what? The sky did not fall. Only 2 cases occured.

@conniestone6251 I'm not sure. A Naturopath I know has been using this protocol on patients with great success. Apparently if people start back on coffee too soon, symptoms return within 30 hours. Probably staying away from caffeine until a week after symptoms disappear is best. Another suggestion to add is breathing excersises. You can find these online.

It seems to me Dr John was talking about high school because that's where normally students move to different classes for various subjects. My prediction is everything will be fine, especially the children. All family members should take extra vitamin C and D and zinc.
