  5.  @debstayblessed9549  Unfortunately flax's ALA doesn't sufficiently convert to the DHA or EPA that your body needs, you can only get that from fish oil. Flax also contains the inflammatory omega 6. Astaxanthin is found in krill oil (an omega 3 fish oil) and this antioxidant has amazing health properties.
