  7.  @ianharrison1668  I take a bunch of supplements, I doubled them when my daughter's test was positive that evening, she had light cold symptoms for two days and I had lunch with her, embraced her, and we were chatting in her van for an hour! I took 7 grams of vitamin C in divided doses for 5 days and my other supplements (zinc, quercetin, D3 etc).

  10. I'm 66 now and didn't take it and haven't had covid though I've had direct exposure. John hasn't even considered his high blood pressure is likely related to the shots. It's a very common side effect.
