  4. All that matters is the death stats. High case counts among the young will bring herd immunity, the only way out. We seniors must continue to protect ourselves. Spring is coming and the virus will be gone by then.

  6.  @rossmurray9654  Enjoy your Warp Speed vaccine, I won't take any of them. I'm not the only one. In the US surveys show an uptake likely less than 30% and in Canada it's 40%. So no, vaccines won't be the solution, especially as in Canada we fortunately won't have access to any for at least 12 months. And there will be cheap and effective tests and treatments in only 2 months time!

  8.  @Campbellteaching  I disagree. We don't need a vaccine. The ivermectin protocol by Dr Thomas Borody that has saved thousands of lives worldwide just finally got cleared for clinical trials by the FDA and Dr Herrera's (of E25Bio) rapid and accurate and very cheap strip test has also been sanctioned by the FDA to begin clinical trials. When these hit the market in about 2 months, it's game over for the virus and vaccines. The test is so economical you can test yourself daily and if positive (results in minutes) immediately isolate and start ivermectin if symptoms start. Or before. There's also a steroid commonly used by asthmatics that greatly improves the situation for those hospitalized with breathing problems and negates the need for ventilators. Again, many lives saved. So really, the problem of covid will be solved in a matter of months. The young can go out, work or study and we seniors can continue to protect ourselves until the testing and treatments roll out. TrialSite News is a very informative program and so are the videos of Dr Mobeen Syed. Have you looked into what Brazil is doing given that their numbers and deaths have so dramatically dropped?
