Time for a new doctor

No excuse not to have updated the information, especially now.

No, a person of Fauci's age needs to take that much. I take 5,000 units and I'm 64. I know a retired cardiologist, 94, who takes 10,000 and in know an MD (who wrote a book on vitamin D) who uses much higher than that therapeutically for patients.

Same. My daughter returned to teaching last week, I had her double her D.
3
You still should know your levels so you can take what you need to then test again in 6 months.

@Beekind799 Thank you sincerely for this information. I don't want him on the drugs he's taking but there were no options we found that controlled the significant inflammation and it was very much affecting quality of life. So now we can try this. I plan to add some fresh ground pepper to the turmeric because that multiplies it's efficacy from what I've read. Peace to you.

@Beekind799 👍

It better not be, I won't take it. Fortunately Canada has already said it won't be mandatory here. With so many not wanting it, they won't be able to mandate it. Just don't give it to children, they don't get sick from covid and they are required to take too many vaccines as it is.
2
And you need zinc.. K2mk7 should be added. I still wear a mask bc I don't want to end up a long hauler, or sustain organ damage . I want to get my money's worth out of my pension 😁
2
Don't forget the K2mk7, it's critical in order for the calcium to get into the bones and out of arteries!
1
Awww, sending you hugs from Canada! Some people find respite when they take an amino acid called L-theonine. It also helps with stress and sleep.. you may want to check into this. There's omega 3 gel capsules that are formulated with high DHA that's for mood issues and it really helps too. And even a probiotic product. Usually staff at a health store are amazing.
1
If you vitamin D is low, it can also be very problematic for mood.
1
No, last to admit is Dr Theresa Tam, Canada's Chief Medical Officer. She still insists it protects others but not you, but does suggest wearing them when you cannot keep 2 metre distance 🙄
1
He has stated a number of times he takes 2,000 iu. He cannot advise personally how much one should take. He's also mentioned several times and in this video to get your serum D levels checked.
1
Pharma won't allow it, they have vaccines to sell
1
He's fantastic, I love his videos.
1
I know a doctor who gives 50,000 iu or more by IV, therapeutically. He wrote a book about vitamin D a few years ago
1
Depends your levels, amount taken, and age
1
My husband has gout Michael, I understand he cannot take NAC?
1
Oh, seriously? I've looked into it as best I can and didn't find anything that worked well. We shall try this. Any guidance as to how much of each? He's about 200 lbs.
1
The only way to be certain is to get serum tested, we're all different.
1
It's D3.. and Fauci has his blood tested
1
I take 5,000 iu of D and 4,000 mgs C
1
Bob, they sacrifice everyone, the elderly were first
1
A gram or 2 refers to vitamin C. Fauci takes both. So do I, and zinc, K2mk7 and magnesium. You better believe it that Fauci does these and no doubt more.
1
These people know what they're doing and have looked into it. I personally have read books on the subject and attended lectures and read recent science. These levels are not too high at all, even my MD approves and I have my serum levels monitored.
1
Vitamin D brings your immune system to its proper functional level, you cannot "boost your immune system"
1
You need to take 100 mcg K2mk7 if you're taking the higher amounts, I take 5,000 iu. seniors need those higher amounts just to maintain optimal serum levels. I know a 94 year old retired cardiologist who takes 10,000 iu. You'd be surprised at his health and vigor. He takes 10,000 mgs of C also, daily.
1
@Dobbin1010 Your patients may have health issues that make these higher doses problematic but those of us who pursue natural health don't bat an eye at this. The best type of C is liposomal vitamin C but it's a lot more expensive. You don't need as much of it though as more gets absorbed. There's a lot that integrative medicine practitioners do with various supplements, including IV C or D at doses higher than 50,000 mgs.
1
I don't trust it, there's way too much money involved and they have no legal liability
1
I'm totally unconcerned what technology is used in any of the vaccines because I won't take any of them.
1
I'm in a state of wonder due to my grandson's catastrophic vaccine injury and how these get swept under the carpet yet the families are left footing the bill for the extensive treatments.
1
@bidentity69 It's not that rare, that's the sad part. You go on believing in the religion of vaccines, I've had my eyes opened very wide. AstraZenica doing it's own safety trials would have us believe the MS case and the Transverse Myelitis case were "coincidental". Funny how much coincidence is caused by vaccines.. just look at the long list of side effects listed on each vaccine insert. These include MS and transverse myelitis. Imagine?!?!
1
You may try obtaining an N95 mask and go for a walk during the quiet times of day, if possible.
1
I take 5,000
1
They'll be fine. If anything, they'll be inoculated.
1
No, it's correct. I take 5,000 iu daily, plus K2mk7, .. just to keep my serum levels in the optimal range. I'm 64.. the older you are, the higher dosage needed. I know a 94 year old retired cardiologist who takes 10,000
1
They're all invested in the vaccines they're pushing
1
No, it's at 50%.. I'm Canadian and I won't take it.
1
It's not too much, I need 5,000 iu to keep my serum levels in the optimal range, and yes, I take K2mk7
1
I won't take any. My friend's father died from a flu shot
1
Not in my eyes.. China will always be suspect, so will vaccines. My grandson is vaccine injured and a friend's father died from a flu shot. Potential side effects are far more than just sore arms and feeling tired, hence the long list of side effects on vaccine inserts. This list includes death.
1
I live in Toronto and my level is 112 and my doc said it was good.
1
@johnnycolon3208 I wonder if any lifeguards had symptomatic covid... However I don't believe many were on the job this year. While on vacation in the Caribbean, the ones I see are quite covered up.
1
@johnnycolon3208 We last went in Dec 2019 and who knows when we can go again. Covid is rampant down there.. Canadian winters are so long..🥶🥶
1
That's what I take and I'm 64. I've had my serum levels tested a few times so I know what's needed. I also take K2mk7 and magnesium, zinc and vitamin C
1
Inoculation? Brilliant idea! However, pharma will pull out all stops to prevent this
