Everyone needs to also take magnesium every evening, 200 mgs, in order for better utilization of the D3.. it also is an effective cardiac events preventative, the vast majority of people are deficient.

@FiZc Do you sell asthma meds?

Don't forget magnesium everyone, it's needed for the proper utilization and optimization of vitamin D and food is deficient in this mineral (hence many more cardiac events occur than should) due to factory farming being detrimental to soils.

@MarcosElMalo2 I take 5,000 iu and my levels are now in the optimal range. When I was taking 2,000 year round in Canada, my levels dropped to just below the minimum requirements. I'm 64. Remember, age is a factor too and you must take K2 and magnesium also for proper function and absorption. I know a 95 year old retired cardiologist who takes 10,000 iu and is healthy and active. Dr Campbell has information that Fauci takes 6,000. He's small and slim and 79.. an overweight person needs more than others his age as D is stored in fat.

@Albert Clarke What a nasty Pharma troll you are, not even wanting the elderly to survive and thrive in their remaining years

Magnesium is needed to optimize the D3, 200 mgs ( and for heart health, as most are deficient)

@esecallum Thanks so much for this link Ese, I often find your posts to be very enlightening.

@LoisPallisterCIY @Paul Harris Condolences to both of you, this is so heartbreaking!

Vitamin C is very important and has a clear impact on covid. Dr Andrew Weber pulmonologist of Long Island has been using high dose intravenous vitamin C for several months, saving many from ventilators. There is evidence that if you take 5,000 mgs in divided doses through the day and you're in the vicinity of someone with covid, you won't catch it. I'm not surprised by that because I take extra C if exposed to someone with a cold or I start to feel a sore throat or sinus inflammation. It ALWAYS works and I don't get sick!!

@brownnoise357 I go to my GP for annual checkups and testing only and for any health issues I consult a Naturopath if I haven't been able to figure it out myself. Years ago after allergy testing from a specialist revealed no results, I finally eliminated the hives I was randomly getting by increasing vitamin C. Lately I've read some very interesting information on serrapeptase and also on nattokinase. Fortunately both are available at the health store. Btw, for pain I take white willow bark as it's far safer than the pharma pain meds.

Ah, ok. Right now it's -10 in Toronto, and when the sun's out maybe once a week, I'll go out in my swimsuit for 10 hours and try to get enough 😉

I know a retired Canadian cardiologist, 95 and very active. He takes 10,000 iu D3 daily.

Fauci is a small man, he takes 6,000

True and levels higher than that is cancer protective. I know a pathologist who says that almost 100% of cancer victims have low serum D. People should aim for optimal levels and not just the barely acceptable amount.

Excellent information.

I've determined the risk of vaccine adverse events is greater than the risk of covid for me, so I'm continuing with my supplements including but not limited to, lots of C, D3, some zinc, K2, magnesium and quercetin.

But they can regulate the garbage that the "food" industry puts out and also the harmful farming practices including GMO in agriculture plus the use of glyphosate.

If I get covid that's the first thing I will do is start taking a lot of vitamin C, liposomal C is the best. The second thing is I will call my GP to ask for an ivermectin prescription.

@stevenhyatt7962 Keep your eyes closed. A friend of mine's father died of a flu shot given in hospital while he was there for a routine procedure.
