If you lose your taste/ smell you're deficient in zinc.. you're immune system uses a lot of it in its fight with covid.. so does smell and taste senses!! So if this occurs, start taking a good zinc supplement, 50 mgs, 2x per day til resolution. You may also want to consume extra items that are high in zinc such as raw pumpkin seeds.

It's also smart to take quercetin when you get covid, that may help prevent development or worsening of allergies

@dogblessamerica LMAO.. look for the video or news articles where the chief medical officer of Tokyo recommends that physicians prescribe ivermectin for covid for someone who's positive, shows symptoms, or lives with someone who dies.
