That's why I have it in my cupboard 😊

Brazil and India are heading for herd immunity too, not just Sweden

Most people aren't aware of the large amounts of money Pharma pays to the mainstream media for advertising and the large amounts invested by Pharma in this industry. I'm very surprised to ever hear of any natural solution to anything in the msm. Why is it do you think, that we've not heard of any ideas or solutions for covid from Naturopaths? Could it be they're prevented from speaking out? I know for a fact that a chiropractor in Canada lost her license when she spoke out against vaccines just last year.

I won't take a covid vaccine because I don't experiment with my health. I do take vitamin D3, C and zinc plus K2, magnesium and iodine.

Aren't you taking K2? I've been taking 4,000 mgs of C daily for years and have never had kidney stones. I rarely get a cold and never had flu and I'm 64. I take 5,000 iu D3 and more!

@DrTomMD I prefer the advice of Dr Mercola and Dr Berg (and many more) who do advise taking it, thanks. Doctors who like to suggest the taking of statins and other garbage are untrustworthy in my view. If that's not you, I apologise in advance.

@DrTomMD Ah as regards to vitamin D, I'll trust my own MD who reads my lab results and tells me the status of my D levels, which btw, are in the optimal range. I know a pathologist who told me over 95% of cancer victims have below recommended levels of D. I wonder if you recommend serum D level checks for your patients?

The vulnerable should take every precaution, the younger people (under 40) can carry on and herd immunity will be achieved by spring

I agree! When you see the downturn in case numbers and deaths in Brazil, India, Peru and Sweden you see the wisdom of developing herd immunity while protecting the elderly.

What are the last two? I believe NAC is necessary, along with vit C, D3, K2, zinc, copper, iodine, krill oil.

It's not expensive though. I get mine tested every year here in Canada, and so I know I'm in the optimal range.

@heywhotsgoinon8286 I don't have private care either as it's not allowed here. I just ask my regular MD to include D testing in my blood work and she does. That part I pay for however, it's not included. It costs $40 Canadian, which is likely about 23 pounds. I only get it tested once a year.

@lizeggar2421 That's the world in which we live in I'm afraid. Money before health. At least the health of us commoners.
