  1. Only 50% of Canadians willingly took shots in the beginning, that's why they rolled out mandates. Keep in mind, we have a very large proportion of Boomers. After mandates, numbers climbed to about 80%,. I doubt the marketing for the fall shot (not yet started) will have much of any effect. Far fewer % got the booster or second booster despite the advertising bc those were not mandated.
