Low meat, (sustainably raised), organic farming.. that's the way to go. I do that easily and it's affordable if you're buying little meat.

Agreed, unacceptable 😓💐

@debbielowrey Where's the data on that? The China Study done over a period of decades involving millions refutes your position. People can eat high amounts of meat in the short term, sure but not over many years successfully.

GAIN of FUNCTION RESEARCH on CORONAVIRUS in WUHAN LAB.. scientists fall ill late August 2019

It depends your age, location and blood levels. I take 5,000 iu daily, I'm 64, live in Canada and my blood levels are in the optimal range.
2
Agreed.. plus low meat, it's not needed daily

No Frankenfood of me thanks

The first huge challenge is lack of water

@garygrant9612 But is it weather or climate? I saw a program pointing to the vast amount of building going on in parts of Asia resulting in actual shifting of the earth's axis due to weight.

@garygrant9612 I have thought for years overpopulation is a huge issue, and still do. That and pollution and factory farming. Some projections claim the population growth rate is slowing and will be in reverse by the end of this century.

The virus was a Wuhan Lab escape per US State Dept.. scientists were doing Gain of Function research in 2019 and scientists fell ill late August 2019.
1
US State Dept is saying Wuhan lab was doing Gain of Function research on coronavirus and in August 2019, scientists began to fall ill. Put these 2 together (Taiwan aggression), and we could have war.

The Blue Zones people (parts of the world with the most centenarians) typically eat low meat and high plant diets.. they also have minimal cancer and low cardiac issues.
1
@Enigmatized13 You're probably ok with that but you'd need to get your blood levels checked to know. Don't think it would hurt to go to 3,000. I know a healthy and active 95 year old cardiologist who takes 10,000 iu per day.

I just keep thinking of all the unnecessary deaths and this pandemic has shaken my view of humanity. All the businesses destroyed.
