@mycharmedunicorn8715 I don't pray at all and I've been mask wearing since covid arrived in my community in March. I have been monitoring my serum blood levels of D for years. I don't need to believe in an old man in the sky to keep myself healthy, I read science.

@sexyredapple1999 It takes 4months or more to build up levels if you're low, on average. It can take longer if you're very low, or less if you're close to proper levels. I take gel capsules because D is absorbed better with a little oil.

@BradHolkesvig Well I can say thank god I don't believe in your "creator" 🤭

Abhishek Pandey That's ok, take lots of D and C and take zinc.. India will reach herd immunity soon.

@MStClair-zk8vv I find it absolutely unacceptable that the mainstream media and medical doctors etc are not talking to Naturopaths as these true doctors actually have very useful knowledge on how to protect people and care for those who get the virus. I only see my GP for annual tests and checkups. Anything else I need to address, I see a Naturopath and in fact often times I figure it out myself. It's so easy to do these days if you know where to look.

@adrianpena2748 Watch the Dr Campbell video on the HCQ studies. They were using 4-6x the recommended dose and were giving that to very ill covid patients. Without the necessary zinc. It's called murder. The HCQ protocol is best given early in the disease progression. Ivermectin however, given with doxycycline and zinc is even better and can be used at all stages.

@sunniva5335 Some can. In Canada it's a challenge for at least 7 months per year.

@lizeggar2421 If I develop covid or a family member, and I'm unsuccessful in requesting the ivermectin protocol from doctors, I will get it from my veterinarian 😉

@sexyredapple1999 Depends your age and serum levels. I take 5,000 iu daily to maintain a nice level. It's best to go higher than the minimal amount for improved health and immune status.
