  4. @Ford Apple cider vinegar helps. Use it on salads ( start with a salad at meal times). You can drink a half glass of water with a teaspoon of the vinegar before meals. It's good to take 2 hrs after a meal also. Avoid drinking anything with meals as this disrupts your digestive enzymes. A quick rinse after having the vinegar drink is good for your enamel.
