@yhc5318 You need to be very careful with melatonin as it can mess with your body's ability to produce melatonin and make your sleep cycle worse over time. L-theonine helps the body produce GABA, which is lacking in many people with stress/anxiety issues. Depending your age, many have insufficient magnesium levels and also if you're stressed a lot and have a racing mind, you're burning through B vitamins. Both of these along with L-theonine is what I would take. If you can, see a Naturopath for the best guidance.

For long haulers the recommendation is NAC (due to low glutathione) vitamin A and D3.
7
MOST PEOPLE AREN'T AWARE THAT THE MAJORITY OF HEADACHES ARE DUE TO DEHYDRATION another common cause is undiagnosed food allergies or intolerance
6
@yhc5318 Try L-theonine, it's an amino acid
5
@laviniajackson731 They would be happier if you spread it to dozens of others I'm sure.🙄 Employers can be such idiots.. maybe they need an in person visit 😉
5
Just take vitamin C, D and zinc, you'll be fine
3
Take the antibody test now. In another month or two you may not get accurate results

@debbiemckeon4334 According to Dr Thomas Borody it's saved thousands worldwide and is finally accepted for clinical trial by the FDA. It's been around since '76 and has very few side effects.
3
Take quercetin, 5,000 mgs vitamin C, and 5,000 iu vitamin D and NAC and vitamin A. You don't want this affecting your organs.
3
Listen to Michael, he knows better than probably everyone here.. including Dr Campbell. Follow his recommendation.

@judylynn9358 We have an idiot Prima Donna leader in Canada too but I've never for a moment expected any realistic guidance or help from the Prime Minister's office 🙄 I look after myself and my family as I've done for decades with excellent nutrition, key supplements lots of fresh air and excersise and use only natural health modalities, no drugs. I'm not concerned in the least. As a 64 year old, I go about my usual activities while maintaining caution and good hygeine. The sky isn't falling people.

@gferraro8353 My older sister is a retired teacher and her daughter is currently teaching (not the one with the wisdom teeth lol) and my youngest too! All say the same, kids are brought to school sick and given tylenol or gravol etc so parents can go to work. It's a failure of the still male dominated society where women (never men) must deal with this and most employers have no provisions for sick children, or even sick pay for adults. It's inhumane for children and mothers. And now in this pandemic people are going into work with covid because they need to pay rent and put food on the table.
2
Self isolation is smart regardless as you don't want to pass on what you did have!!
2
If you didn't experience anosmia, your levels of zinc are adequate and that's a good thing!

@DanaLeeGibson Most probably your wife picked up the virus at work, she's in a high risk environment. But look on the bright side, you have immunity now and can go about freely without fear.
1
Apparently you should be taking NAC, vitamin A and vitamin D3
1
@gferraro8353 Tylenol is really bad for the liver. My niece had wisdom teeth pulled at age 20 and the tylenol she was prescribed nearly resulted in total liver failure. Even over the counter tylenol isn't a good idea. I take white willow bark for the rare headaches I get.
1
@gferraro8353 It was tylenol 3, so very strong. But even regular strength tylenol can do that if you take it too often. There's a rapid, effective inexpensive strip test developed by Dr Herrera of E25Bio Inc. It's been accepted for clinical trial by the FDA and may be on the market in 2 months. If that happens everyone could keep a test kit at home and test often. This outbreak could be brought under control in months, without vaccines. The ivermectin protocol by Dr Thomas Borody, which has saved thousands of lives worldwide already (and is similarly very cheap), also was FDA cleared to begin clinical trials. Results in maybe 8 weeks. These two together may be the knock out punch. Let's hope there's no competing interests to derail either one of these as was done with HCQ.

@axonnet6721 The strip test being tested now will cover all those points

@Caperhere Well the so called doctors haven't been very helpful have they? You're getting sound advice from someone who really knows the human body, not someone trained in which drugs to prescribe. Look into each item Michael is recommending and it's function in the body. Then decide if what he's saying is correct. The reason covid hits some people so hard is their poor health and immune status largely caused by what they eat or don't eat and not having a clue what their bodies are lacking. There are individuals over 100 years old who sailed through a covid infection.
1
Are you treating with ivermectin protocol yet?
1
@theeggtimertictic1136 Your cousin needs NAC, vitamin A and D3
1
@theeggtimertictic1136 I would see a Naturopath and not take any drugs for anything unless it was a life or death situation and nothing else worked. But what do I know? I'm just a 64 year old who never gets sick.
1
@theeggtimertictic1136 But nutrients are lacking therefore the immune system isn't operating optimally. A Naturopath can sort that out and determine what's needed. Best of luck!
1
@Shimmy246 Because he's very knowledgeable Because these supplements are what will help you
1
Fine. But you're the one with long hauler symptoms and these are supplements, not drugs. You could always check with a Naturopath. Or not, and continue to suffer. What has any MD been able to do for you?
1
@nomebear That's not right imo. You deserved better.
1
I don't rely on government for health advice, they're pharma controlled.
1
@Tk0mma True, some do. Yet others fully ignore it, we can't win. In Canada schools in various Provinces have different check lists, it's just insane.
1
EmtronVenger You are the headache I think you drink vinegar every day.. white vinegar, not apple cider vinegar
1
@carolineowen7846 Absolutely, that's a great option
