  2.  @patriciaw4270  Three days is when the magic happens! Your immune system gets renewed, your telomeres are improved, autophagy takes place and more! I find that drinking sparkling water and various herb teas for variety during a 3 day (or more) fast is really helpful and drinking a lot helps keep hunger away.
