  3. A great tip for high blood pressure; raw garlic! You can also take a garlic supplement. My mom did that for years and didn't need the drugs for it, though she was obese. And once you get to your goal weight, you can cut back on the garlic. If you can eat it raw, chewing parsley can eliminate the taste in your mouth. Best of luck!
