  5. The initial response definitely was a problem given that all emergency response experts were ignored everywhere. One such official interviewed on radio in Ontario 6 months in was categorically against what was being done and explaining none of it was useful or helpful and the reasons why. He said they have detailed plans and procedures in place for almost any type of emergency yet no one had contacted his department. I never heard one word from him after that and no further mention of even the existence of these professionals anywhere. The fact that this same scenario played out in all Western countries is very telling. This was coordinated.
