  4. Where do you get the idea he's encouraging ppl to get infected? He's simply providing the information from the study. The policy changes he refers to is that authorities need to recognize natural immunity and therefore not require these individuals to be vaccinated (to travel for example), ESPECIALLY CHILDREN.
