@sharonmohr1 I wonder if doing breathing excersises will help, you can find them online, you can do them together. Apparently it's a really good idea for those with Covid (do 3x per day), to help with breathing. I would think it's good for everyone.

My 20 month old grandson has an arterial valve issue so even though he's young and otherwise very healthy, with an excellent diet, I wonder if there's additional risk for him should he contract the virus.

For prevention I'm taking 4,000 mgs vitamin C, 5,000 iu vitamin D, 30 mgs Zinc resveratrol, iodine, magnesium and K2. And I've been wearing a mask since mid March and keeping distance also. If I were to contract the virus I would double the C and immediately take 3,000 mgs L-Lysine divided in 2 doses and go off of caffeine untill all symptoms are gone.

@bobravenscraft5376 He said that damage couldn't be reversed, he didn't say you couldn't strengthen the heart. It's not mutually exclusive.

@jennifersmith9009 Yet there's food grade hydrogen peroxide. If that is used as a nasal spray in the proper concentration, I wonder if it would be effective. I've seen a doctor demonstrate the process on You Tube. A few years ago I had dressings for a surgical wound that needed to be packed and changed daily for several weeks and the nurses used hydrogen peroxide to disinfect the dressings before they were applied. It's also used in some mouthwash formulas and for wound cleansing.

@jennifersmith9009 I doubt I would either but there are people who have done so successfully for various conditions. So the claim that Trump suggested people should ingest bleach isn't accurate. I bet he was referring hydrogen peroxide but couldn't think of the word when he made the flippant comment. I take quite a few supplements including C and D but what I would use if I did get the virus is L-Lysine.

@jennifersmith9009 I watched it too. It's been repeatedly shown, but Jennifer what he said was disinfectant, which hydrogen peroxide is. The message was twisted and broadcast as "bleach". Hydrogen peroxide is often used to disinfect wounds and it works as a nasal spray,(properly diluted) where this virus hangs out when you first come in contact with it.

@jennifersmith9009 I agree re presidential candidates, but that definitely says something. To me is shows the office is bought. A President is just the front man, the puppet. I don't think it's different anywhere, it's just a matter of degrees.

@jennifersmith9009 Yes, Trump said disinfectant, but social media exploded with ridicule about bleach, I'm saying hydrogen peroxide can be used as a nasal spray and I've seen it demonstrated. I think he was informed about hydrogen peroxide but when he mentioned it, he momentarily forgot the term and just substituted "disinfectant".
