@themagicbeard9432 Don't forget to get your blood levels of D checked, you could still be low, depending your age and history.

@themagicbeard9432 I take 5,000 iu daily and this is the amount I need to keep my levels optimal. I know a 95 year old retired cardiologist who takes 10,000 iu.

Government groups and polititians are often funded and receive campaign contributions from Pharma so obviously they're supporting the interests of this industry. No inexpensive non patentable drug or nutrient or supplement will be announced by MSM, or encouraged by health authorities, or show any benefits in testing. They're all waiting and will mandate a rushed, unsafe and dubious vaccine. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$

As a Canadian, I've been taking it for years and I pay extra to have my blood levels of D checked to ensure I'm in the upper range. This test was covered by our Health Care at one point but not anymore. 🙄

@esecallum I will not allow myself to be part of their experiment, otherwise known as "post marketing surveillance". I will not take this vaccine, I will rely on my strong immune system and my supplements including, but not limited to, vitamin D.

@oakstrong1 Better dead than take vitamin D from animal source for vegans 🙄

It depends on what this person has access to. Published studies in Western Journals are not the be all and end all. He/she may have a lot of clinical experience also.

In Western countries we're only allowed to take or be treated with something that Pharma can profit from. Nothing else is considered, nothing else is tested and nothing else can be discussed in any media. Pharma owns majority shares in all media here (nothing but drug commercials on most programs, including and especially on the "news"). Pharma funds almost all studies too and supports medical programs and research at universities.

@patriciamasterson4721 That's incorrect. Read Dr Zoltan Rona on vitamin D.. he states you SHOULD sunbathe between 10:00 am and 2:00 on, but only 10 min on each side (less if you aren't accustomed) and do not burn yourself or allow skin to get red. This is the time to get the most benefit from sunshine.

Overweight (especially obese) people have higher mortality rates from Covid.

Add lots of vitamin C to your regimen, maybe try a Naturopath.
