  1. The older you are the less efficient your skin is in making vitamin D. If you're over 60 and not taking supplements, you really need to check your blood levels to ensure they aren't dropping.

  6. I'm 64, without a covid vaccine by choice. I'm very healthy with high vitamin D levels, top level supplements and ivermectin in my cupboard in case. For the time being I won't be mixing in crowds, especially indoors.
