  4. If you're doing that much running, hopefully you're monitoring your minerals intake as you burn through these. Lack of magnesium is the main underlying cause of cardiac deaths, and most probably in those who drop dead after a marathon, are deficient.

  5. Most masks, though not perfect, will at minimum allow you to get a light viral load and therefore probably an asymptomatic case or slightly ill. They're very much still worth it for both your own sake and others.

  7. No, it's due to obesity and poor diet (way too much carbs and meat, poor oils), high proportion of blacks and Hispanics, mostly poor and overweight. Did you know that the obese need much more vitamin D as it's stored in fat? So in order for an obese person to have adequate serum D, they need much more than the norm. I doubt that US hospitals are hiding their dead 🤣

  8. 65 people is not extravagant, that wouldn't cover extended family for many. Still, it should've been smaller. My daughter was in a wedding party in early August that was for immediate family only, a total of 20 including the small wedding party. It was held in the parent's backyard in the afternoon, no sit down dinner, little alcohol. The bride had been planning their larger June 2020 wedding for 2 years but scrapped it all in April and did the small one in August. She was much happier and not stressed. No one got ill.

  12. Kay, Trump is on HCQ, he said so, hence he won't catch covid. And YES, there has been a very reliable, easy to use, cheap and near instant test developed by Dr Herrera of E25Bio Inc. It's currently in process of seeking FDA approval and if all goes well, may hit the market in c. 10 weeks. Apparently you can get many strips so you can test yourself regularly. I can't wait, that's a game changer!!

  23. The less exposure, the lower the viral load, so if you're exposed (especially unmasked) for a short time, you may get an asymptomatic case, or a light symptoms case.

  24. It's getting more obvious that herd immunity is the only way. That and using the HCQ protocol as Switzerland is succefully doing, or the ivermectin protocol that Brasil has adopted. Sweden has pretty much achieved herd immunity ( though they made a huge error early on in not protecting the elderly).

  28. The risk is in the vaccine, especially for the elderly in whom it will be even less effective than the 60% efficacy that's predicted. Stay with your mask and distancing. Take vitamin D3, 5,000 iu and 4,000 mgs vitamin C and 30 mgs zinc.

  29. Right, your doctors should follow the lead of Switzerland and use the HCQ protocol, or Brazil, using the Ivermectin protocol. And half the population should go on a low carb diet. You could have requested a D level check on your blood work, that's what I do. Another problem Americans are plagued with is low iodine. Do what Fauci is doing, take 6,000 iu of D3 and 2 mgs vitamin C. Add iodine and zinc and you'll all be fine.
