  3. I would replace blood pressure meds with consuming a clove of raw garlic daily. I put one in a smoothie with an apple, juice of half of lemon, a half teaspoon of olive oil, a tsp of apple cider vinegar, a small piece each of fresh ginger and turmeric, plus a half cup of water. And a pinch of fresh pepper.

  4.  @Oldsterling  Lol, it isn't really, the apple mellows out the flavours. My mother controlled her high blood pressure for years with a garlic supplement. I prefer the preventative approach plus the added bonus of cancer prevention that garlic provides.

  6. I'm a fellow prisoner here in Ontario, under house arrest for refusing an experimental pharma cartel product. Trudeau will go down in history as the worst and most undemocratic Prime Minister ever!!! I'm fortunate in that I retired from the Federal Civil Service 4 years ago, otherwise I'd be jobless too. I feel so badly for all those who have lost their positions or income over this, it's truly criminal!
