  6. Actually, measles and mumps breakthrough is common. With mumps it's so bad there's a lawsuit for it ongoing, and same for pertussis. There's mumps occuring in schools that have 100% vaccination. Look up the SS Fort McHenry outbreak in 2019 and the NHL outbreak in 2017.
