  7.  @Ladybug923  Yes, abuse comes from pretty much everywhere but in elementary schools where they start teaching bodily autonomy early, most teachers are female and women statistically are far less likely to be the abusers. Coaches have protocols in place now (in terms of not being alone with children etc) and plenty of parents in change rooms. I stand by my comments and I have a helluva lot of experience and knowledge in this area by the way.

  10.  @Ladybug923  I KNOW, only too well. What I'm saying is some parents are quick to point fingers yet they have their eyes closed as to what their children are doing online. They buy them smart phones and tablets but don't monitor the browsing history or site access. I am in agreement that books with graphic sex/rape etc should not be in elementary schools and that children need to be given age appropriate and correct sex ed. as well as safe internet use instruction. And parents should reconsider practises such as sleep overs (my European parents never allowed this and found it very strange), unsupervised house parties and so on.
