  2.  @fabriziomercado5925  You don't get it. One cannot properly clean a house in 3 hours, it's not possible. Cleaning a house involves everything from moving out the fridge and range to clean behind them, to cleaning windows, baseboards, under sofas, vacuuming and/or mopping all floors, shining mirrors, light fixtures and on and on. Not to mention the bathrooms. If the house is already clean and organized and one simply needs to straighten up, that's a different situation. Of course it could be done in 18 hours if you're very fast and efficient but the quote is 3 hours rather than 30 days.
