  8. This is what I'm taking (the short list): Vitamin C-3,000 mgs, D3-5,000iu, zinc-40 mgs, K2, quercetin and magnesium. Long haulers need NAC, vitamin A, B3 and must eliminate all caffeine... potentially ivermectin too if the supplements don't do the job alone.

  40. This is when you need it most, and you can do it! I'm 67 and just finished an 85 hour fast! Whenever you feel hungry just drink water or a nice herbal tea. Have many in the house for variety before you start (I had nice sparkling mineral waters)and eliminate any carb foods and snacks. It's also useful to do intermittent fasting for some weeks or months before. Also get used to no snacking. If you try it and have to quit before 72 hours that's ok. Try again in another month, eventually you'll succeed. Choose your timing well so that you don't run into birthdays or evenings out etc.

  57. I read one shouldn't drink more than 1/2 cup liquid WITH meals due to the dilution of the digestive enzymes. So either drink your acv/water 10 min prior, or have only half a glass of ACV lemonade with. Sparkling water or beverages does the same apparently.

  78. I buy 100% and slowly melt it with a bit of coconut oil and either a small amount of coconut sugar or monk sugar. In summer I will drizzle that over berries or frozen banana or I add some nuts and seeds to the melted chocolate and allow it to firm up again. This way I get a far healthier treat with less sweetness and a healthier form of sugar than a bar with higher amounts of white sugar.
