@janblackman6204 Red onions are high in quercetin, which is a zinc ionofore.. zinc stops viral replication, quercetin assists zinc to get into cells. Onions are very high on the list of anti cancer foods

@debanda4504 Switch out the spinach and use lots of celery in the smoothies for gout. Also, drink lots of nettle tea with sliced ginger root. Tart cherry juice is good too. Avoid red meat, red wine and shellfish.

@janblackman6204 Remember, you really don't need a lot of fish or meat. The Blue Zones people (who have high percentage of centenarians) have only a little, usually as a small side and not the main entre. Even once a week is fine.

@maureengreen8240 Take a digestive enzyme just prior to eating them. If you don't want to buy these try 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar in half a glass of water before eating them.
