  1.  @kelcibee1648  You're young enough that you can accomplish a lot of repair!! Our cells continuously replace themselves so that in 2 years time your liver, heart etc, all is brand new. All of your blood is replaced in 9 months for example. Change what you need to a bit at a time so that in a year you have great health habits.(it took me 12 years to fully fix my digestive problems, I started at 50). Best of luck to you.😉

  3.  @galyien  Start by looking up what's best to eat and what to avoid. Digestive enzymes help me a lot as do smoothies. I put lots of greens in the blender, flax seed, banana and raspberries. There's books on natural healing for the digestive system. Also I find a lot more useful advice and help from a Naturopath. It's wonderful to hear your wife saved you! Pay her back by regaining as much of your health as you can so you enjoy your life and marriage!! Best of luck 😁

  6.  @harriett18  It depends what's happening there. Asthmatics have multiple allergies so if they find out what these are it can really help. There's breathing excersises too. I don't know much about lungs but I do know that a lot is possible. If you can, see a Naturopath for guidance.
