  1.  @Victronix911  I thought the highest anticancer food is garlic, then onions.. their sprouts likely even more so. Then there's mushrooms such as chaga. For sure broccoli is high on the list, especially broccoli sprouts. Now if a person consumes all of these and rids their home from chemical cleaners and personal products plus buys the best food they can (non GMO, organic etc), and does regular excersize, they have a shot at reaching 100 with mobility and brain function intact!! (plus reducing stress and low carb consumption.. and cultivate relationships)

  2.  @irene9263  The sugar problem occured starting in the early 60s when Harvard published a study that concluded cardiovascular health was adversely affected by FAT not SUGAR.. this was fake science. The study showed the opposite however the sugar industry had paid the scientists to report in the favour of sugar. Many doctors are still unaware.
