  7. The point is we cannot stop it. What does it matter who funds it? It's taking place and we don't even know how many labs are doing this or where they are.

  8.  @Davelpdx  It makes little difference where it is, even if it were in a remote area, once out the virus will spread unless absolutely everyone there stays in place, and they're self-sufficient re food etc. Hard to imagine being able to contain it. According to the former CDC director Dr Robert Redfield who, as a virologist with experience in high-security labs, said it's not unusual for a respiratory virus being worked on to infect lab personnel.
