@einienj3281 No? So tell me, how does the government strip her of her birth right and where would she subsequently be sent and how? She should be prosecuted, but perhaps that's in progress. I suspect she has some form of mental illness. We may be better served by trying to deprogram her while she's in jail.

Well there was Omar Khadr. Doesn't appear he was treated any worse and he had killed an American soldier and wounded 2 more.

@nosnibormailliw5122 True, but wasn't he British? He has claim apparently, to Canadian Citizenship via his father, but I don't think that was completed. I guess it depends the case.
