  2. The reason Toronto votes Liberal is that it's the city where those who don't pay taxes live and it's the region where half the entire country's immigrants go. The Greater Toronto Area has a lot of welfare recipients so they won't be voting Conservative anytime soon regardless of how despotic Trudeau gets.
