Why bother? Just take plenty of vitamin C and problem solved.
1
I hope it's all over in 3 months, economies are taking quite a hit as it is.

Vaccines don't achieve herd immunity, that only occurs by 68%of a population naturally aquiring the virus and overcoming it. That's what they're going for, establishment of herd immunity and they're sacrificing their elderly and immune compromised to do so. A vaccine will take minimum 18 months (which isn't sufficient for proper safety testing btw) and will be too late. There are no successful vaccines that have ever been created for a Corona virus, including SARS and the common cold. There was in fact one developed for SARS but it killed the animals it was tested on.
1
@wildcrocus It's not the same. And SARS only infected 8,000
1
@wildcrocus Or are you saying some have had covid 2x? They likely never cleared it is my guess if we're going by Chinese reporting.
1
@wildcrocus Has that been verified? Has it occured elsewhere?
1
That's funny. This program isn't posted to find or offer solutions, it's just paying the salaries of those who made it. The whole point of pharmaceutical industry control is to facilitate the goal by creating a crisis then codifying what treatment is acceptable according to their profit margins. It can be managed via computer and online "visits". Why do you think ivermectin was kept away from us when dozens of countries had it available over the counter?
1
@Aron James Yes, I could do better and so could many others.
1
Next time will be something else.
1
@AleahRNTV That is so sad and should not have happened!
1
Sara Have you had your flu vax yet? They've got some good ones you may want to try over in S Korea, free for teens and seniors. There's 5 different suppliers including Sanofi and GSK.. only one little problemo though.. so far 48 have died. And health authorities won't shut this down regardless that doctors are asking for that.
1
@lasersharks2786 We're sure good at distributing wealth though, just like the socialists. Just look at your pay cheque.
1
@calebf3655 Or English is not his first language.. but he had the courage to post
1
@missmadelinesadventures3278 Yes, west Virginia has it too
1
@mt1eh Produce doesn't carry covid, commerce can take place, stop the rest. All our cases (costing our system a lot already) came from travellers.
1
There is no winning
1
Perfect analogy
1
Hard to feel a sense of community if you can't afford even a one bedroom apt. Our son told us yesterday of the concept of "vanning".. know what that is? Young people are resorting to living in vans.
1
It is a pandemic. They can't even keep up with numbers bc they don't have enough test kits.
1
When we travel we take traveler's probiotics every day plus a gel capsule of oil of oregano with every meal. We've never gotten sick yet and we go once or twice a year for over 15 years now. I'm also extremely careful not to touch washroom door handles without a paper towel and if I must, I use my left had as I'm less likely to inadvertently touch my face with my left hand. I pay attention not to do that as I was in Toronto during SARS, working in a government office dealing with the traveling public and there were many coming in directly from Hong Kong.
1
Vitamin C, high dose intravenous vitamin C is less expensive and more effective. Can also be taken as a preventative, 4-5,000 mgs per day.
1
They already have it. Vitamin C. Take 4,000 mgs daily and no covid for you. Those who test positive, 20,000 mgs in divided doses all day til resolved.
1
I would love to have this test available should I develop symptoms, or even several months hence to learn whether I had been exposed.
1
I am unaware of any vaccine ever having been tested against an INERT PLACEBO. That's why I'll never take a vax for Covid-19 or anything else. I prefer improving my immune system instead with 4,000 mgs vitamin C and 5000 mgs D and iodine.
1
Keep going Trudeau et al.. we know you're trying to drive us to ground and we know you're on your last months.. hallelujah, 3rd place for you for many years to come!!

Why was there no plan for a pandemic in Italy she asks? What's Canada's plan? It's been trickling along in drips and drabs since Jan 1st.
1
@singtweetypie True. But that doesn't absolve our government for not being prepared given our experience with SARS. And we saw this unfolding since January. Had flights been stopped from the beginning, we wouldn't be in this position. That illustrates lack of preparedness.
1
Italy has a high rate of mortality bc they have a higher proportion of elderly and very low birth rate.
1
And all the other countries are also hiding numbers?
1
Why is the reporter wearing a mask? Many others walking by are not. There's very few cases there and those are in isolation.
1
@kanwar23 Wearing a mask alone isn't going to do much if your eyes aren't covered and your hands have no gloves. It's just a placebo.
1
It just prevents a cytokine storm (maybe, needs testing), it's not a cure. This drug is not without serious side effects, it's hard on the kidneys for one. But it may be a useful treatment for more vulnerable patients and the very ill.
1
Next "beauty" will say "are there Asians in Hong Kong? I thought it was British". 🤫🤣🤣
1
Travel. That's how the rest of the world got it, except China, where it started.
1
@sandram6665 We've been in danger since day one, this virus spreads easily.
1
She looks and sounds like a silly hausfrau. How she got this position is beyond me. Must be via nepotism.
1
You should hope they let off the young and healthy ones, they're likely not ill. The older ones get sick first.
1
@cindif4015 Too late. Over 200 have it due to staff not having any idea how to manage quarantine. They're cruise personel, not hospital staff. They don't have proper equipment either. There will be many more cases too and at least 20 deaths.
1
Ah so not one of the dead people was a Christian? That must explain it for sure!!!🤣🤣
1
The boat can be decontaminated. No one's going to destroy such a costly vessel.
1
Do most people have insurance coverage to be able to access the private clinics?
1
I've seen it, and yes, it's concerning
1
Seriously?
1
I've stocked up on oil of oregano, vitamin C and D and I'm staying away from crowds
1
@ZackPower0315 Proof??
1
We don't know whether you're immune if you've had the virus. The test also informs if the person is positive. Most people would take the test of they're experiencing symptoms.
1
James Hetfield Well scientists are saying it has already mutated. They say 70% of those infected have the new strain.. I will never take a vaccine for this, even if they claim to have a safe one (none are ever tested against an inert placebo). I will rely on my extraordinary immune system and the boost it gets from the supplements I take. I'm 63 and have only had 3 vaccines. I've never had a flu vax and I've never had flu. I get a small cold once in 3-4 years. I worked for over 35 years and rarely took a sick day.
1
James Hetfield Funny you mention garlic, my local grocery store was out of it in the last few weeks, and just got new stock now. There are many ppl in my area who are very savy and our huge health store is busier than regular grocery stores. Unlike Whole Foods, this store sells only organic. I too stocked up on coconut oil and garlic once it became available again. I have black seed oil too.
1
James Hetfield My neighbour's daughter is an ER nurse and she says that Germany is doing so well bc they're all taking vitamin C according to health professionals there.
