Healthy meals can easily be made quickly, just keep good vegetables stocked in your fridge, quality fish, fresh herbs and spices. I will make a big soup from scratch for example and it provides two meals. Doesn't even take long, less than 20 min prep.

No dairy on it and limited grains, no fruit drinks ( only water is recommended), a bit of animal protein, pulses, half of caloric intake from vegetables and some fruits.. ABOUT TIME!!

There's one on the market called Zevia, it uses stevia as the sweetener, taste is great!! Would be better if it came in glass though.

@manchesterunitedakamrtread8317 Prepare ahead of your start day by transferring your fridge and cupboards to healthy foods only. Do not consume anything packaged for a month, eat at home and cook meals yourself, use fruit as desert, do not eat bread or pasta in that month, stock your fridge and cupboards with healthy foods only. Prepare lunch the evening before for lunch. Have cut veggies ready if you need to snack and some sugar free nut butter, salt free nuts, home made hummus (it's easy to make). Prepare ahead of time so you don't cheat. A great kick start method is to do a 3 day fast.. you can consume vegetable smoothies. Look up online how to do this.

@manchesterunitedakamrtread8317 Also; try to do a total of 40 min of walking a day. You can start with 20 minutes in 2 ten minute sessions and work your way up.
