  1. I cut corners elsewhere, but not on food.. I barely consume alcohol, don't have manicure/pedicure and don't buy expensive clothes etc. I buy very high quality food, mostly organic and often directly from the farm. I rarely get sick, never had flu etc .. I'm 62, not on any meds (drugs) and most people guess my age as a lot younger. 😊

  2. Best eggs ever?? Nature's Farm Organic, Smart Egg, from Manitoba.. they're nest laid and free roaming with seasonal outdoor access. The feed does not contain synthetic yolk colour ingredients, yet they have a gorgeous yellow/orange yolk
