  3. @Santi My series I referred you to has my sources. The series name is "The British Empire Was NOT The Biggest." I am currently finishing the Spanish translation. I want all to know the truth that people who slander mine don't want the world to know. "At no point did I ever imply the Brits were any good." I simply made a contrast between the racists and the not-racists, although there are always some bad apples in a basket. The official imperial position was that Natives in the Spanish Empire were sons of Adam, and therefore had the same rights as Spaniards, except for when their loyalty is less likely to be equal, from being born far from the crown. But that discrimination isn't about race per se, which merely correlates. "Then why were Africans lower to the indigenous" Sources, dude. Ask the black conquistador, Juan Garrido, who had a higher status than most Spaniards and most Natives. Ask the black escaped slaves who fled to Spanish Florida. They would laugh at your remark, since it is clearly false. "Why were Africans enslaved?" Ask the Africns who sold them, which proves that slavery wasn't racist. :-) I did two videos proving slavery isn't wrong, liberal. You never questioned what you're taught. Open your mind. I proved that you already condone of slavery. Tell me if you ever complain about the US taking prisoners from ISIS. Also, tell me if you condone of killing Nazis in WW2. "Independence being claimed by a white criollo rather than Africans/natives proves that your hypothesis is incorrect, as those at the bottom of the ladder (i.e. fewer Spanish roots and less loyal) should, according to your hypothesis, be more likely to rebel than a white criollo who studied in Spain." You're really grasping at straws, anti-Spaniard. You make it a point that there was a ladder, but pretend it was a racist one, when you're confusing correlation with causation. Again, there was a black conquistador with a higher status and more wealth than MOST whites in ALL of the world, and it was thanks to the Spanish letting him have it, recognizing him as an equal son of Adam although he was from Africa, so he shows that Spaniards gave non-native-born people opportunities to rise to near the emperor himself if they served the empire well. The Spanish caste system was about how much MONEY you had, and LOYALTY to the crown based on proximity in great part. This CORRELATES to race with EXCEPTIONS proving it's not racially-determined, but you want to pretend it's based on race itself. You can't tell the difference 'cause you don't want to. You WANT to bash my peole, and claim we were racists, as if the Disneyesque version of history you were taught were true. It's Black Legend shit. :-) You fail to take into account that Bolívar began with more wealth than most non-whites, since the conquerors tend to trust each other more than the conquered (which is a racist thing to do to you, apparently, even though it's perfectly logical and not based on race but loyalty-tendencies). So to be a LEADER among rebels against Spain, a Spaniard born in América would be the most likely candidate, not someone just off the slave boat in Cuba who doesn't even know Spanish, or a Native in the middle of a jungle, who lives far from the government headquarters in the huge region of the empire.
