The Mississippi river system is in my realistic colossal map of América (pole to pole) for Age of Empires 2 HD I'm almost done doing. To go by land from Mississippi to New Orleans, you have to go around much of North America. It's a huge detour.

Lewis & Clarke weren't pioneers among Europeans 'cause Spaniards explored Luisiana first even before the French were there. I'm doing a massive realistic map of América from Canada to Tierra del Fuego plus all of Africa in the east, all of Japan in the west, and much more, for Age of Empires 2 HD. I have the Mississippi river system all set up already but I have yet to put trees and animals. Not sure if they have big forests between the Rockies and the Appalachians, but there is need for wood so I can build a little house on the prairie. I wish tornadoes were an option in the scenario editor. Tornado is an English word from Spanish. :-)
