  4. "developing" is a euphemism for "never gonna get rich" but there are exceptions to this rule. It's like saying: "Youre not a worker! You're an EMPLOYEE!" The richest countries are pretty sad. Notice that poor kids smile more often than rich brats.

  7. The eastern ones (Antillas) are rarely covered, so I know little about them other than that the evil racist Brits stole some islands, and so did pirates from the Nutterlands. Also, the Spanish abolished cannibalism there, I think.
