  1.  @demonizedhuman941  Phones are far less useful for control than microchips. A phone lost can be misinterpreted to be a phone user lost as if they always coincide. A microchip embedded nto your skull will always coincide with your location on the other hand. Your argument from incredulity fallacy doesn't cut it.
