  2. Russia is an empire, not a mere country. It's actually ORDINARY for empires to stretch across more than one continent. The Roman did so, and many more.

  3.  @003mohamud  "I think It's far more difficult to maintain an overseas empire than a contiguous one." I'm playing Rome. Total War again, with the SCIPII faction. You are correct about that. Sending reinforcements overseas is more of a hassle with logistics.

  6. 'Cause it's an empire, not just a "nation" which is a mere label fooling millions akin to a giant bear with a rabbit costume fooling others. I did realistic maps for Age of Empires 2 showcased in my channel with the links, and my Eurasia map is useful for recreating the Russian Empire minus Alaska, but I also did a world map with all lands included. I plan to play as Russia in my Europe map soon. Now that I have the HD version, I can use the Slavs. I used to represent Russians with the Byzantines.
