  40.  @Omerath9  "which was crucial to kickstart the modern period of globalization." The word GLOBE is in globalization but Portugal did not have two of the continents of the globe, nor most of the biggest ocean in the world, so half of the world was out of Portugal's reach as per the Treaty of Tordesillas and the threat of Spanish destruction upon the Lose-itanians who would be stupid enough to trespass. "It is a fact that Europeans didn’t know that lands below the Equator existed," You rehash failed points. What a semi-waste of my time. But for clarity, here I go again. Arabs went south of the equator. They discovered eastern African lands before your people did. Romans traded personally with Africans south of Ethiopia, a land your people pretend to have discovered even though ancient Greeks gave it its name! LOL! You were OVER A THOUSAND YEARS LATE! HAHAHA!!!!! And that's not even an exaggeration! :-V "and that it was believed that the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian Ocean were closed oceans. To deny this is simply lying." The guy who said Russians discovered less of Asia than Portugal, and who said Portugal had more of Africa than France or Britain... is accusing me of lying. :-) Your word has a lot of weight, so it must be true! :-) If SOME believed they were not linked, that's just SOME. Stop projecting SOME to mean ALL. Hasty generalization fallacy. Go discover logic. "Ptolemy’s map, even in the middle ages, remained as the best example of what was still known." Arabs had better maps of the Indian ocean. Ancient Romans had better maps. They're just lost. They naturally would have charted their voyages to get slaves and ivory etcetera, so there's no good reason to deny that.

  139.  @Omerath9  " It also explains how the Portuguese developed the caravel and the carrack (which the Italians did not invent, as he said)" That propaganda says it was Portugal that did it because they are ignorant of or dishonestly omit the proof Italians made it possible, which is right here: "Alvise Cadamosto or Alvide da Ca' da Mosto (Portuguese pronunciation: [alˈvis kɐðaˈmoʃtu, alˈvizɨ -], also known in Portuguese as Luís Cadamosto; c. 1432 – July 18, 1488) was a Venetian explorer and slave trader,[1] who was hired by the Portuguese prince Henry the Navigator and undertook two known journeys to West Africa in 1455 and 1456, accompanied by the Genoese captain Antoniotto Usodimare. Cadamosto and his companions are credited with the discovery of the Cape Verde Islands and the points along the Guinea coast, from the Gambia River to the Geba River (in Guinea-Bissau), the greatest leap in the Henrican discoveries since 1446." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alvise_Cadamosto "Antoniotto Usodimare or Usus di Mare (1416–1462) was a Genoese trader and explorer in the service of the Portuguese Prince Henry the Navigator. Jointly with Alvise Cadamosto, Usodimare discovered a great stretch of the West African coast in two known voyages in 1455 and 1456. They notably discovered the Cape Verde islands, and the Guinea coast from the Gambia River to the Geba River (in Guinea-Bissau)" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antoniotto_Usodimare "In 1428, Peter visited his marquisate of Treviso and the nearby Republic of Venice, where he was presented with a copy of the book of Marco Polo by the doge. He later gave that book, as well as maps of the Venetian trade routes in the Orient, to his younger brother Prince Henry the Navigator. One of the maps was created by the famous Venetian cartographer Albertinus de Virga in 1411 and possibly shows North America before it was officially discovered." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peter,_Duke_of_Coimbra So it is clear that Prince Henry of Portugal needed Italians to make the Portuguese Empire possible. :-) Only a ridiculous liar would say it's just a coincidence that Portugal was able to travel around Africa only after Portugal hired Italian experts at sea. You are an evil ingrate pretending Porkugal did it on its own. Pride is a sin making you worthy of hell according to your people's empire.

  140.  @Omerath9  "Portugal was far superior to Spain in terms of maritime explorations." Who was first to go around the world? Spain. Loser. :-) Who had the balls to cross the Atlantic first? Spain. Loser. :-) Who had the biggest ocean in the universe? Spain. Loser. :-) Who conquered who? Spain conquered Portugal. Thanks, Moors! Stinks to be you, loser. :-) And let's list your "discoveries": - Sub-Saharan Africa ancient Romans and Arabs already knew about as far as Kenya in the former case, and around Madagascar in the latter. You lied before saying they never got far from the Red Sea. I had to educate you, pompous pseudo-intellectual. You contradicted yourself before, saying Arabs got as far as Madagascar yet you also said they didn't go far beyond the Red Sea. You have no integrity whatsoever, Omyrat, liar whose tongue shall be set on fire. Tick tock. - India Alexander the Great knew about almost 2,000 years earlier! LOL! - China. YOu can never use deduction. You have to depend entirely on the establishment to conclude thigns for you, non-free-thinker! - Arabia Greeks and Romans already knew about. - Ethiopia Greeks and Romans traded with. - Northwestern Africa Carthaginians already knew about almost 2,000 years aerlier! LOL! - Spice Islands China already knew about. Your nation needs to discover humility, overrated Lose-itanian!

Spain discovered new lands and people never seen before from Alaska's south to Tierra del Fuego. That also includes THOUSANDS of islands in the Pacific and THOUSANDS in the Caribbean and beyond. Even Spain's discoveries in North America alone are greater than all Portuguese "discoveries" combined! :-) And what good is discovering Zulus (if you even did that) when they're still going around on a rampage threatening traders in your extremely narrow and spread out coastal holdings?

  152.  @Omerath9  "They knew of North Africa, and the region around the Red Sea, but most of Africa remained unknown to them," Strawman fallacy. I never said ancient Greeks knew about sub-Saharan Africa (beyond Ethiopia which is a Greek name meaning Greeks knew about it). You said you were going to defeat "lies" yet you just shit out this straawman fallacy proving further you're irrational and dishonest. :-) "believed to be a closed ocean." 1 discovery. Good job, kid. "Asia is practically unrecognisable." Because Russians had not yet explored it. :-) Zheng He saw southeast Asia, India, Arabia and all the way to the south of eastern Africa before you came by to claim to have found it first. https://qph.fs.quoracdn.net/main-qimg-1bc5076116eb8497b3a47b607e0b64d8.webp "They knew of Northern India, due to Alexander the Great’s expeditions there, but the rest remained practically unknown." You were careful to say "practically " because you know it was technically known therefore KNOWN. :-) You unwittingly admitted it. Thanks, Lose-itanian of the people who therefore DID NOT DISCOVER INDIA for Europeans who knew about it about nearly 2,000 years prior! :-V Only the naive would assume Alexander the Great never asked any locals about neighbouring kingdoms and regional neighbours in the subcontinent. But he wasn't a fool; he DID get informed. Example: "According to Greek historian Diodorus (1st century BCE), Porus told Alexander that the contemporary Nanda king was thought to be the son of a barber.[4] " https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nanda_Empire Similarly, Marco Polo knew about Japan by learning from locals, so Portugal DID NOT DISCOVER JAPAN. :-) "The Travels of Marco Polo (Italian title: Il Milione, lit. "The Million", deriving from Polo's nickname "Milione". Original title in Franco-Italian : Livres des Merveilles du Monde). It depicts the Polos' journeys throughout Asia, giving Europeans their first comprehensive look into the inner workings of the Far East, including China, India, and Japan.[46]" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marco_Polo "They had heard of other regions, such as China or Ceylon, but they never went there or explored it (as Portugal would later)." Moving the goalpost from discovering to exploration. I discovered Australia by reading about it in a book and seeing it in videos. I don´t need to explore it to know it exists. "And finally, the Indian Ocean" which Alexander's men sailed in before the Portuguese arrived. :-) LOL! You're pathetic. "Nearchus or Nearchos (Greek: Νέαρχος; c. 360 – 300 BC) was one of the officers, a navarch, in the army of Alexander the Great. He is known for his celebrated expeditionary voyage starting from the Indus River, through the Persian Gulf and ending at the mouth of the Tigris River following the Indian campaign of Alexander the Great, in 326–324 BC." Alexander was so GREAT he was shitting on Portugal before it existed! :-V

They established garrisons on the islands and built the first mosques in the African Great Lakes Region." Anyone who knows ANYTHING about eastern Africa would know this. But not you. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tabula_Rogeriana "To produce the work, al-Idrisi interviewed experienced travelers individually and in groups on their knowledge of the world and compiled "only that part... on which there was complete agreement and seemed credible, excluding what was contradictory."[1] So if one Muslim did not travel to Zanzibar and Madagascar, then their map would contradict an account of east African coasts and islands.... which meant that they would not be included in the Tabula Rogeriana. You should read your links or you'll make a fool out of yourself. :-) Also, you CONTRADICTED YOURSELF AND DISHONESTLY PRETEND NOTHING HAPPENED; 'cause you have no integrity, evil Portuguese loser! 23 hours ago @Omerath9 I caught you lying, Portuguese zealot: "the Arabs themselves had no knowledge of the Indian Ocean below Madagascar, as they never connected it with the Atlantic." Spain showed Portugal and thereby Africa and other places, that America exists. Portugal didn't tell but retold. Just followers there. :-) "Spain showed the world that the Pacific existed (well, paid for that voyage, but also accomplished by a Portuguese)." Again, liar, he died in the Philippines, so you don't know what you're talking about. The Spaniard Elcano and his crew did the first literally-around-the-world trip, not the Portuguese guy. He also served Spain not Portugal,, so don't hypocritically call him your hero when Portugal wanted him dead or imprisoned. "Nationality: Portuguese (renounced in 1517) Spanish from 1518[1][2]" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ferdinand_Magellan He did not want to be Portuguese. :-) LOL! He wanted to give glory to Spain, and the glory IS Spain's, loser! "connected most of it to Europe, America and Asia." Except most of it (non-cosatal regions). So you're lying as usual. "And finally, Portugal showed Asia how it really looked like, for the first time," YOu're right. Too bad Zheng He was not born after Portugal came or he would have been able to travel with accurate maps! :-) Also, when you say Asia, you mean parts of southern Asia since the majority of Asia was ALWAYS beyond Portugal's reach. Russia is the most glorious European nation in Asia, STILL ruling much of Aisa today in an empire now called a dumbocracy but it's still essentially the same in size, power and behaviour as an empire. If Spain and Portugal were linked by land to their empires, they might still exist.

  167.  @Omerath9  "Why is it so hard for you Spanish to accept that?" I DO accept that Portugal's trade routes were more lucrative, but why is it so hard for you Portuguese to accept that they became Spanish when the Spanish Emperor in MADRID ruled Portugal and all of its seas, fortresses and cities? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Philip_II_of_Spain#King_of_Portugal "Philip II then marched into Portugal and defeated Prior António's troops in the Battle of Alcântara. The Portuguese suffered 4,000 killed, wounded, or captured, while the Spanish sustained only 500 casualties.[37] The troops commanded by Fernando Álvarez de Toledo the 3rd Duke of Alba[38] imposed subjection to Philip before entering Lisbon, where he seized an immense treasure.[39]" LOL! Spain plundered you! "Philip II of Spain assumed the Portuguese throne in September 1580 and was crowned Philip I of Portugal in 1581 (recognized as king by the Portuguese Cortes of Tomar) and a near sixty-year personal union under the rule of the Philippine Dynasty began. This gave Philip control of the extensive Portuguese empire." The English and therefore anti-Spanish Wikipedia admits that the Spaniard (who was much more Spanish than Portuguese by blood) ruled the WHOLE (yes WHOLE!) Portuguese Empire, making ALL OF IT(!) Spanish property. "You had your fair share of successes," Deluded loser pretending your entire empire didn't get eaten by the Spanish Empire! LOL! Your people called that success very UNfair! "ended up building the largest territorial empire in the world in America," A huge understatement. Spain's empire was THE NÚMERO UNO BIGGEST in history, bigger than the British who are always in second place, but those hypocrites count every last grain of sand in their deserts while claiming that oceans with endless seafood opportunities and greater trade routes don't count, WHILE ADDING to their hypocrisy from singing "Hail Britannia! Britannia rules the waves! as in seas DO count! France had islands in every ocean when the British ruled half the waves of the oceans. https://i.redd.it/flzr454i9fc41.png They had more in the past too. Spain on the other hand had no rivals during the I.U. since Portugal was under the Spaniard's feet during the Iberian Union when he gave concession bones to his dogs. :-) "but you must also have Portugal’s successes as well. Very sad." Your denial of history is sad. I didn't invent the Iberian Union being a Spanish-dominated affair. Your lying is abhorrent.

CONTRADICTS "He made the claim that sub-Saharan Africa was known by the Arabs and Romans, which apart from the regions around the red Sea is completely false." }}} Hahahahahaah!!! Yet you turn a blind eye. Hypocrite. "you claim that the Arabs, the Macedonian greeks and Marco Polo already knew about the continents and subcontinents that the Portuguese discovered," Claim? No, liar, I proved it with citations and pure logic. "so you say the Portuguese didn't discover anything" Strawman. I never said Portugal discovered nothing at all. I proved it discovered no major lands like America, Africa south of the Sahara, India, Southeast Asia, China and Japan. I know it discovered a lot of details about these places such as where the brothels are in Ceylon. Congratulations. "However faced with evidence that the Portuguese and the Vikings where already awhere" I never denied Vikings were there first. Another strawman fallacy. You're very illogical. Would you give me 2,000 dollars since I'm your opponent here? Of course not! That would make you INSANE, and that is how to describe your fable about Porkugal in America first. "So if followed your line of thought then we would also deny that the spanish discovered America because the Vikings, Italians and the Potuguese already knew about it." No because the TurtleGeese didn't know about it, Italians were WITH the Spanish when both discovered the Bahamas, and the Vikings knew NOTHING about the Caribbean and South America and most of North America. I know that from where Carthaginians stopped exploring to where Arabs and Zheng He stopped exploring, there is an area in SW Africa where the PourTeaCheese were probably the first non-blacks to see the exotic tribes although those were just more of the same thing: more blacks in huts. :-) Not very monumental as far as discoveries go. 188.  @tiagocabrita7497  "all the rulers of Congo where cristianised" Worshipping Mary as the "queen of heaven," a godddess title, is idolatry, and idolaters go to hell. The Bible says there is 1 Mediator between God and man, and that is Jesus. Mary is not to be prayed to. that is blasphemy. The heretical Catholic church hoards wealth when Jesus commands to be poor on purpose to help the poor. They're hypocrites. Jesus said he did not come to abolish the Law that forbids bowing to images of anything in heaven or on earth. Jesus said wide is the path to destruction (so most people go to hell), which is contradicted by Mary-worshippers who say entire countries have gone to heaven for the most part. The Synagogue of Satan counterfeited Christianity after manipulating Romans into murdering Christians wasn't working. Then they invented Islam to coutnerbalance coutnerfeit "Christendom." That's why one is the solar religion (Constantine sun-worshippper, haloes, solar cross), and the other is lunar (crescent symbol of Islam); two sides of the same coin. Elite Jews have persecuted their own people to hide their tracks. Mainstream history is like a Disney version of Grimm Tale. Spain and Portugal were both run by Templars who worshipped Satan. Symbols prove it. Templars were accused of worshipping Baphomoet (Satan), and their cross has 8 points, a reference to the Star of Ishtar of 8 rays, goddess of Babylon, land of the Tower of Babel when mankind united to try to conquer heaven. So Templars were tools of the Synagogue to get Eruope to conquer the world and establish their control over all lands and seas. The pope and "Orthodox" use the Templar cross. You can tell who owns a cow by her brand. Templars became masons. The UN logo has 33 sections. Guess how many degrees masonry has. The WHO logo is Satan, the serpent. Greek myth is based on misinterpreted devils. My series on atheist myths proves the Bible right.

I'm glad Shanghai was the first city in Asia I landed in when I left the US to not get nuked there in WW3. I did a video proving that the US funds ISiS. The US is the worst along with its master Israhell for being extremely hypocritical and murderous. I love China as far as its older history and beauty but I'm against the ingratitude and irrationality of atheism which communism spread by holocausts. China says to avoid foreign interference even though communism IS foreign interference. :-) I have been following the youtuber serpentza and his friend since before I moved to Asia, since my original plan was to move to China to teach English, but I had to leave ASAP and had no time to do the paperwork, so I moved to Cambodia instead. They're liberals so I of course disagree with them on many things such as dumbocracy I don't believe in anymore, but they cover how the happiness of Chinese society is mostly a facade, like in Japan. A lot of stabbings in kindergartens occur, apparently. Much goes underreported there since the censorship is strong for the goal of making China look good. India occupies Sikkim, and the US occupies Hawaii, so China occupying Tibet is nothing new, and I don't mind it since Tibetan Buddhism is satanic. Gautama was af raud who contradicted himself: "desire non-desire." Most Buddhists worship money. I got scammed by Cambodians many times. 202.  @starplatinumzahand8174  Well, as I said before in this thread, I used to love Portugal until the Portuguese online treated me like garbage. Nations are artificial anyway, and blood matters more. Iberian stock is shared by some members of both nations, and both were conquered by the Goths. What really counts is spirit above flesh, and being just is of more worth than being of a politically master race. This is why a nice tribal person who never went to school is superior to a very educated Nazi scientist. The Jews are the real master race anyway since they controlled Portugal, Spain, England etctera, and by extension, the world, via their Templar pawns who became the masons. If you look at the Portuguese Monument to Discoveries, you'll see a slanted pyramid with the figures venerating the apex upon which is Satan really since he is the god of Templars, the god of elite masons. (EDIT: I forgot to compare that monument to the masonic dollar bill with a pyramid and a symbol of the Anti-Christ on top, one eye. The Bible and even the unholy Quran say that the Anti-Christ shall have one eye. The pyramid is a reference to the Tower of Babel) The Templar cross has 8 points making it an allusion to the Star of Ishtar of 8 rays, and through that symbol, it points to the Tower of Babel when mankind united to conquer heaven. (Pyramids are also allusions to the Tower of Babel, from Mayan ones to Cambodian ones to Egyptian ones). So the Templar cross and other Templar or masonic symbols in governments and corporations of the world (including Nintendo for example with the "eye of truth" and Triforce) are all pointing to the secret agenda of these governments, businesses and institutions: advancing the world towards a one-world-government. The UN logo has 33 sections. Masonry has 33 degrees. Disney has a Club 33. CNN' s logo is two lines paralleling, so it is CCNNNN, and C is the third letter, so it means "33" with static, another match. The WHO logo is Satan (the serpent). This is barely the tip of the iceberg of evidence proving that Satan rules the world. You know why the Spanish Armada failed? Because Felipe II sabotaged it by putting an inexperienced man in command, sending them without finishing preparations, packing them like sardines with no room to get away from fire attacks that were sure to come, forbidding chasing pirates and going around the entire British Isles to ensure attrition destruction. He was following orders from teh elders of Zion to cripple Spain because it was getting too powerful, and they rule by dividing Gentiles. The also persecuteed their own people to hide their tracks.

  225.  @onebigsnowball  "Their religion also says to not force it onto other people for personal gain like the Spanish did." Strawman fallacy. I never said Spain was moral. Spaniards were heretics. Pay attention to what I said earlier: "And Catholics worship Mary, and hoard wealth in fancy churches which they don't sell because they care more about wealth than the poor despite giving some to the poor which Hamas of the Palestinians also does." Catholicism is NOT Christianity but the main counterfeit. Satan deceives the world. "You could argue the same for indonesia but thats in a completely different time period." Red herring fallacy. They were both in the age of Europe's dominion over the world. You're splitting hairs. "Also, is indonesia christian today? No, and their culture still exists." What ignorance. 1. Catholics and Protestants aren't Christians. Jesus said most people go to hell. No nation has ever been Christian. 2. The Nutterlanders didn't care about winning souls; only profit$. Again inferior to the Spanish. "Unlike some places in south america..." You have never seen a map of the Spanish Empire or a map at all if you believe Florida, México, Colorado and California as well as Honduras were "South American." You're broadcasting how little you know of the subject. "culture still exists" Because the Dutch language is too lame to adopt. It's German without the power. :-) Unfortunately satanic Hinduism persists in Bali because the Nutterlanders didn't have the balls nor the decency to extirpate that delusion which justifies the caste system oppressing Dalits still today. The Spanish caste system wasn't racist, and was to ensure higher loyalty to the crown since those born in Spain were more likely to be loyal than those born outside of it. Simón Boliar proved the empire was right about that.

  227.  @Betin264  Pay attention to what I said earlier: "And Catholics worship Mary, and hoard wealth in fancy churches which they don't sell because they care more about wealth than the poor" YOUR DICTIONARY Demagogue: one who criticizes his people while defending them from slander. Nope. Your definition is wrong. Childish: Defending against slander. Nope. You're wrong again! "Many of the people who inhabited the areas that were controlled by Spain didn't have these habits, but suffered a fate even worse than the zztecs, incas or mayans." Native Americans have evolutions of the same original Native American (Siberian) culture which involved occasional human sacrifice and taking the furs of animals to acquire their power as well as eat them to get their power, and what is more powerful than a warrior you were at war with? Aztecs and Caribs and Incas had similar crimes because of a common core culture of sheer evil. But you get your history from Disney's Pocahontas. See my video "A Spanish conquistador puts accusers of GENOCIDE in their place." "Did the incas make human sacrifices?" Yes. Educate yourself. "Winners tell the story, don't they?" Japan lost WW2. They write their own history books. And you're a hypocrite because you don't question anti-Spanish propaganda by "winners." See my video "Spain created the British Empire and the USA." The Spanish hated the Muslims more than any other group, yet never accused them of cannibalism and human sacrifice. You're like a denier of the Holocaust. Nazis were better. They had limits on which nations could be sacrificed. Nazis weren't cannibals. So every liberal extremist who bashes Spain for saving América is a hypocrite for not bashing the Russians for ending the Nazis. Some Romans did as Saturn did... eating his own children. But most Roman history didn't have such nonsense. On the other hand, that is virtually all Aztec and Carib history! "the persecution of the Jews" Torquemada was Jewish. Oy vey.
