But I would be sad that my people were worse than Nazis. The Germans tried to genocide "Jews" and failed. The British tried to genocide Tasmanians, and succeeded. On a national level, maybe the Gypsies are not proud. They are known for theft, but they would probably avoid looking down on others, since they live in such bad conditions. Even if everyone were proud, the most proud ones in the world are the rich nations many of which are Germanic, and became rich by bullying others. What goes aroudn will come around.

  10. The Normans were to the natives of what would become Normandy, what the Phoenicians were to the natives of Carthage. They were a minority that led the natives to victory. The French conquered England with foreign leadership, and with a Viking army crucial to William's success... but later the English would take over much of France. Glad the French were always fighting the British, as that meant that the British Empire never monopolized a single ocean, which makes the Spanish Empire bigger than all, for Felipe II DID monopolize not just one ocean but MOST AND THE BIGGEST IN THE UNIVERSE! :-) Idiot hypocrites count oceans of sand but not coeans. Spain had a much smaller population than France, and yet the French feared SPain so much that they betrayed their own religion and race, by siding with the Ottoman Empire. The English were also traitors to Europe, mosquitoes against the Spanish who were defending Europe from the Turks, with German and Russian help. Spaniards were in Vienna helping against the siege. But no one ever mentions that due to anti-Spanish prejudice.
