  4. The most spoken language in the western hemisphere is SPANISH, a superior language from being more logical and romantic. Chinese is the most spoken in the eastern hemisphere. English is overrated. Most in Africa do not use English. They use French or their native language. Not everyone lives in cities, and not everyone in cities needs English let alone knows decently.. In Russia most don't know English. In Latin America most don't use it either. In China most don't use it, and children forced to in schools doesn't count for much when they are good at grammar and not at speaking, and also forget much of what they learned after they stop attending the classes which for most of them is the only context they ever need to use English. Even in Europe, many don't need nor use English, with the Dutch being a shameful people who put English above their own tongue.
