Slight disagreement on whether colonialism or neo colonialism caused more deaths(relative to population), in some colonies the conquest actually increased the relative wealth and freedoms enjoyed by the populace. This all depended on which colonial power conquered the colony in question and what kind of society was conquered. Neo colonialism despite its many failures was on the whole far less deadly than outright colonialism, people often forget the destruction caused by the French, the Russians, the Portuguese, the Dutch, the Germans, the Ottoman, the Qing and the Japanese during the colonial era after the congress of Vienna and until the end of WW1, perhaps because British and American historians had less of an interest in documenting(ideological reasons perhaps) or insight into the actions of said empires. My original point of contention is simple, if we both agree that the leadership of both political wings has become completely beholden to certain interests and that both campaigns engaged in certain tricks to win the election, then my question is simply this, why do you support the prosecution of the winner of the election when this obviously supports the untenable status quo. The whole idea of a so-called lesser evil enables this to continue, a rational response would be to reject the leadership and the narratives presented wholesale of both wings, if you do not do this nothing will change and if nothing changes then the dynamics of what can best be described as an empire trap in combination with the dangers related to a fossil fuel based economy will eventually cause a complete breakdown.

At least a 140 million in donations to the Clinton Foundation from various partners in the deal, paid speeches to the Bill Clinton while Hillary was Secretary of State etc... Two maxims that are relevant, Cui Bono and Quid pro quo. Cui Bono: The Clintons and their business associates in the deal, that includes Vladimir Putin personally. Quid pro quo: Howdy and here you are, a donation to the moneylaundering Foundation.
