Yes, Choamsky said that Israel should withdraw to the 1967 borders, his reasons were manifold, the UN resolution, the increased likelihood of a permanent peace, the depolarization of Israeli politics etc... When asked how this could be accomplished, enter the classic Choamsky word salad, ducking, weaving, talking endlessly, but no realistic practical suggestions materialized or could be discerned in his writings or speeches on this issue.
