Earn money on the wounded and the dead, pharma and bodybags. Step 5. Keep the war going and get a tax deductible donating to a charity that helps the victims of war in country. Step 6. Earn money broadcasting blood and guts on the news throughout steps one to five. Step 7. Get cheap labor as immigrants flee the war. Get a tax deductible funding a charity that helps refugees. Step 8. Rebuild the country, gov contracts, wait twenty years and invade again. Step 9: Set up a private banking system. Start charging the newly destroyed country interest. As you note this plan is very difficult to oppose, oppose the import of labor and you are called a racist, oppose the aid programmes and you are labelled heartless, oppose the war and you are labelled unpatriotic or non humanitarian. Oppose the loans and you are labelled an enemy of the free market.
